They are on the same electrical circuit. So supposedly if one goes bad if affects the
life of the other one.
Maybe we should call mythbusters =)
I just bought a new set for stage 3 install. Much easier to replace now that later.
I'm glad I did paid $179 ea. from ECS a few months ago.

i only have one (B2) throwing codes .. so i'm only replacing one. We'll see if the other starts...
afterwards. if so, maybe its true .. until then, i'm only replacing one. maybe if they didnt raise in price by 100$ each in the last month or so, I'd consider replacing two

That's like saying I have 2 lamps plug into the same circuit so if 1 bulb burns, replace them all..
I realize we're talking about electronics here, but I don't see how one bad module can affect the other.
