EGT sensor 1 is bad. Should I replace sensor 2 as well?

If only sensor 1 is bad, you shouldn't need to replace both.

Default Quick sanity check - how do you know it's bad ?

If you made this determination based on the DTC and the DTC is something "implausible value" it may actually be something else e.g. cracked manifold.

Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 1 (G235): Open or Short to Plus P1453 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Throttle cut from time to time...
