exciting (to me) results from Monday on our 2.7T S4 Garrett turbo kit...
this is on our own car, GT2860R turbos, peak wheel horse is 512hp. It was run on a mustang dyno in 4th gear. We did this on pump gas with 24-25psi average boost, peaks at around 26.5psi. Our first run with the base 91 octane file from GIAC made 435whp and we noticed there was still some timing and fuel that could be corrected for, then we made 495whp peak and the 3 runs after that never dropped below 505-507whp peak. The run I show here is our peakiest run, and please note, the last 3 runs were made back to back to back with a couple minutes between each run since I didn't have/need to adjust much after the 2nd run.
Regardless, I'm pretty happy and excited about this on the smallest GT28/Biggest GT25 setup available. Our old setup definitely made a higher peak based on the butt dyno comparison to this one, but I'd rather leave the much higher whp stuff to Simpply or others. The car we have runs good boost from mid-low 4krpm to our current redline of 7500 rpm. We'll spin the next file to 8k and get a better ignition timing map and take it to the dyno on race gas and bigger intercoolers. Right now we're at 94octane with RS4 intercoolers.
Thanks again to Kurt@VAST, Moss@Torquefactory, GIAC, Simmply@Wicked, and thanks for your patience on me actually working on my own car.

headers/downpipes/turbos/etc have been available...I just don't have time to sell an entire kit...
I'll let people do their own inlet piping, oolant/oil lines and you can be on your own from there. (I can make you a y-pipe if you want). This was always meant as a publicity project to show we can lead the 2.7T in a powerful direction.
I honestly can't profit off of it with the time invested, I'm better off spending time working on other cars that can keep me in business as well as the parts sales. Those two areas right there is enough to keep me working 60-70 hours a week, just during the week...
regardless, the 2.0T is what I am supplying as a full kit right now....we have a GT2876R on this right now, running 18psi max on stock injectors. We're testing out some bigger fueling tonight..
