Are exhaust manifolds worth it when going stage 3?

I am pulling my motor right now was wondering if its worth to get the Exhaust Manifolds right now from VAST Ported and Coated im eventually going to get a KO4 setup? If i dont go with the KO4 what else can i install that will bolt right up to the manifold?
