Default Experiences/Opinions about Spec clutches? I gotta figure something for stage 3. (m)

The shop thats going to be doing my turbos has had more than one horror story about Rs4 stuff, which I find a little hard to believe, but thus far, this shop has been MORE than upfront, fair, and helpful to me.

these folks

Default I'm still at a loss as to what to do hear, myself! I've got a few questions inside...

1) What are the main differences between the Stg3 & Stg4 Clutchmasters units? Do they employ a self-adjusting mechanism, of some sort? Is it even necessary?

2) What are the main differences between a Clutchmaster and a Southbend (which I understand to use an RS4 PP) unit?

Thanks in advance to all who can help out here!

Default stg3 and stg4 are totally different, no SAC on both, I dont have any experiences on

southbend clutch, but i had RS4 clutch before, clutch pedal feel on CM is much easier, its softer then stock but like i said it grabs like a mo fo if you wanna it to.
