A few pics of my car at the shop getting some K04/16 (long, BWW)...
Sorry for the crappy pics, but there was a little excitement at the dealership while I was there, so I only took a few quick pics. (See post below or link at end for an explaination)
I blew my driver's side turbo at Beaverun 1 week ago. Luckily I had some K04/16's waiting for me at home. Ed@Induktion got me the new oil lines in record time!
Here is the car up on the lift with the engine out. Note white boxes on left. Those contain brand new K03's that didn't make it back on the car :-).

Empty engine bay:

Passenger side K04/16 turbo. <img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/64706/turbop.jpg">
Drvier's side K04/16: You can just see the braided Induktion oil line. I tried taking a couple of pics to show the routing, but none came out well.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/64706/turbod.jpg">
Blown driver side K03: Mechanic thinks a bearing froze, causing the shaft to snap. You can see one damaged fin at the bottom. I don't know dick about turbos, so I'll have to take his word for it :-)

Mechanic says it will be ready to roll late tomorrow. I don't see how he's going to get it together, but I'm no expert. My guess is Thursday. Justs looks plain scary to me with all of the parts and pieces scattered about!<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1742660.phtml">Dealership excitement</a></li></ul>

looking good - it is pretty amazing how quickly they put them back together when they do it all.....
the time.
I almost cr^&%^pped myself when I saw my car at Piggie's house - dropped off on a Sat. @ 8-9AM - by 10PM - motor was out, pieces all over turbos going on tranny coming off for clutch, etc....
10PM Sunday PM - off I go back to Chicago - yep, in on Sat AM out on Sun PM - how the heck does he do it? - not a clue, but it's pretty impressive - oh, no lift - jack stands only!!!
