ever since the car was in about 2.5 feet of water for a few minutes, both headlights stopped working, loud whiney-noise coming from driver's side K04 turbo that sounds like a dentist drill, some loss of power, car smells like gasoline when driving (possible gas leak?), loss of power to passenger's side seat up front, and codes came up for bad 02 sensors...

i already filed an insurance claim, which i've never done before. i suppose i am waiting to hear back from them as to if they will cover the cost of repairs or not, which i am strongly hoping they do because it seems like my car is going to require a few major repairs.

with full coverage, they SHOULD cover these repairs right?

getting any of this fixed though a warranty.

The insurance company won't know/care if the car was modded and the mods would have nothing to do with the car getting stuck ni a flash flood.

Up here in the north, if you have mods, insurance companies like to drop you faster than you can blink.

down here, they don't care - they may not pay you more for them but they don't drop you.
