Actually, those black ones are nice if you want people to think you lost all four of your hubcaps.

Default ISA atmosphere is 59 degrees F at sea level minus 4.4 degrees per 1000 feet...

meaning...its generally pretty fricking cold at high altitudes hehehehe.
