Default Finally it cooled down.. 77 degrees on the way home. Got to play a bit.

Even with my torn TBB This car feels so much better without the 100deg heat. I still feel they used crappy rubber for the TBB. It just cannot handle the underhood temps.
I have never had a true summer tire on the S until now. Running the AVS Sports. Yes they are worn and noisy(criminey!) but Damn do they stick, and not squeal. Maybe I should start running on my track tires like Taner..hmm too much fun.
Rant and praise in the same thread?

A true summer tire is an S02 (no PP). It's almost like an R compound.

I guess I consider an AA tire with treadware of 180 a sticky tire..

it's not wearing that badly. Even with the crazy camber.

AA is a measure of wet traction only.
