This is an 88mm (just over 3.5") straight through MAF housing, which will be used with my M-box stage 3 REVO software. It uses the stock Hitachi sensor, and fits the RS4 airbox.The other end fits the RS4 intake tube.

This is about as large as you can go without having to get custom intake hoses and airbox. It looks good too.

You are write about the custom housing. I am putting a 90mm housing on my stage III revo car and I had to have a custom hose and open air box fabricated. Yours looks really nice, good work.

You could still go 90mm and use the RS4 airbox and accordion hose
