Default Finally new TBB

I finally got my new TBB. I'm trying to figure out how long I've been driving around with a bad TBB. I've got the new one in and it feels like a totally different car, ohh and I also have 100 in. Just an amazing difference I suggest if it's getting sluggish check the TBB.

Default Which TBB did you get?

Don't know how many options there are for this....but I'm suspecting I have either a bad BPV's or a torn TBB....my stock S4 doesn't seem as fast as some other stock S4's I've driven....

Did you put it in yourself...?

If not, what did it cost you?

If you did, hove any tips/tricks/ or suggestions?

What were the symptoms of your bad TBB?

Thanks and congrats...

Default Re: Which TBB did you get?

I went with the T Rev stock TBB for now. I was going to go MTM but not for 300+.
Yes, it's not hard to replace the TBB. You just need to make sure you get it on correctly.
I thought I had it on correctly at first and found out it wasn't all the way on.
The Tech article on Audiworld was helpful.

Surging is a big sign of a bad TBB. I also was getting misfire DTC's. If you get it at the dealer their cost is $7.00 tried to charge me $22.00 talked him down to $12. I bought two.
