Foglight is cracked... THANK YOU BUTLER COUNTY ODOT. How much is this going to cost me?
There's about a 6 miles stretch of torn up pavement on Rt. 4 here in SW Ohio. I got caught in it and my poor poor S4 had to suffer through about 5 minutes of 30 MPH (in a 55mph road) crawl while I tried to avoid stone chip or rock damage.
Well some jackass decided to pass me by going through the cones in the other lane in his redneck homophobic stupid farking pickup truck and shot some rocks at me... one of which took out my passenger side fog light...
How much is it to replace those? And how hard would it be for me to do it myself?

Yuck! Can't help you with the cost, but thanks for the info on Rt.4, I get down that way occasionally from the Dayton area.

if it is just cracked, you can try to go a with one of those clear bra light pieces
costs like $40 - $50 for the light kits and protects your headlights and foglights from getting cracked (may be able to just seal the crack as with all the sealant that goes on the backing, they supposedly can fill pits in the lights). Been told it even makes beat up fog lights look like new. Checkout X-Pel or StonGard or one of those using the 3M stuff.

Its the stretch between middletown and Hamilton... I'm not the only one who's been nailed. (more)
Is there a legal persuit I can make on this? If odot made the road that way and a car gets damaged from that road aren't they responsible?

drove down Rt 4 from Hamilton to Fairfield last week! Could it be! Geez - stay off of that road!
