Default frank@AMS....

Can I purty pleeze borrow your VAG COM? If so, can you bring it to AMS. I'll have it back to you before you go home.

On that note, what laptop do you have. I guess I'll be buying a Windoze machine to do this VAGCOM thing and want to make sure that the flavor of Windoze machine is compatible (as my friend's Toshihack Satelite didn't work).

Is there Windoze CE machine that'll work and be more portable?

hey Jyoteen, if you do borrow it you think it would be ok if I met up with you while you were using it? I need to use one too. I'd appreciate it. Let me know please.

Default Toshiba's should work AFAIK. My Libretto rocks.

You do have to make sure (on any machine) that there is nothing else running while vag-com does it's magic. Antivirus software is a likely toublemaker.

Default Okay, if you remember to bring the laptop, I'll make the trip quicker

than the brake pad install :-)

I just need to make sure before I flat bed her.

Can't anything running 3.1 do it? or does it require 95, 98?

Hmmm. Maybe I'll bring my friend's Toshihack Satellite to see if it's his setup
