Default Is it free to upgrade from APR Stage 1 software
to APR Stage 2+ software? Will this not throw a CEL w/piggie pipes? How about a CEL w/piggie pipes and no cats?

Default If you are the original owner, maybe. I bet it costs some small amount...
You shouldn't throw a code with Piggie pipes if you relocate the 02 sensors and didn't remove the main cats no matter what software you run. Without cats, APR 2+ will show no codes.

If you have a programmer, you can update the 2+ program yourself.

I upgraded from V3.3 to 5.0 at no cost (just shipping). I'm running test pipes and no CEL (2 yrs)

Default I was told by APR that the stage 2+ software is use so that you can run w/ no cats...
without getting a CEL but it's the same as stage 1.
