did u get suspension put in recently ?
if so the rubber bushings were not reset to the new height and they are forced to move past their previous range of motion.. they need to be tightened when the car sits at rest on the suspension (at the new ride height)..
i posted about this a bunch of times before

I know mine only started when it got real cold out, so i think its the upper rubber mounts are harde
they get harder in the cold weather which cause a creaking noise. Of course my theory can be bull, but im waiting until the summer time to see if it stops...because i only started for me in 30 degree weeather. In the summer there was no noise to be found.
