Going to use my car cover today... is it bad to cover while engine is still hot/warm?

Default How hot? I wouldn't get it near the exhaust if that's still hot. Why are you covering it anyway?
Unless you're going to be gone for months on end, it will do more harm than good.

Default I don't have a garage, I don't like the sun beating down on the paint and interior all day, and in
the morning the dew here in bumblef*ck, VA is so thick that if I didn't cover the car, all the dust would mix with the dew and make a mess.

I ended up not driving... but it would have been parked on a gravel lot... dust sucks.
