Good to know info!

Let me add this..gas trucks used to have chains hanging down to take away
static. they use a static strap device now.
I read an article years ago about being on a long
auto trip and arriving dead tired, seems that
the car can build up a huge amount of static
electricity and it goes through your body and
can make joints ache, make you feel sluggish, etc,
I said "yeah right" but decided to try it,
went to pepboys and bought a static strap kit,
installed on my street rod for a trip from Delaware to columbus OH, worked like a charm,
no fatigue, nothing..just great, I am told leather seats have the same quality, they don't seem to transmit static as other interiors do.
May be just bunk, but it worked for me.
