Good news for bubble owners...
I went to Firestone on Comm. Ave in Boston, they ordered me a tire and got it as a "full warranty replacement". Obviously, I'd recommend them for anyone in Mass with the problem. My tires had 5K on them, and there was no vivisble damage on my rim.
