Is this a good price for a 2001.5?

My local dealer has two NEW2001.5 Pearl Avants he can't sell.Probably get one new for close to that
No offense, but the pearl's didn't sell. I hear there are a few at a some dealers out west too.

Is it a 6-speed? I paid $34k for a 2001.5 6-spd w/ all options (no nav). As you can tell from my name, it was bone stock.
If you're sure it's been taken care of properly, that would seem to me to be a fair price for the add-ons you're getting.
If it's a tip, though, I don't know. They seem to be a lot less in demand.
