Got these DTC after installed VM3...but no CEL comes on. Any ideas?

Got these DTC after installed VM3...but no CEL comes on. Any ideas?
2 Faults Found:
17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1131 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16826 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Small Leak
P0442 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Its possible the VM3 touched the evap line in the back and melted it, not sure about the other one
Stick your head underneath in the back and look for a line running near the exhaust from the bulge where the spare tire sits. If it looks melted thats part of your problem. When my Twin2 exhaust was installed they actually put some foil wrap on that line to act as a heat shield.
The other thing could be an O2 sensor going bad, bu I'm not sure why the VM3 would cause that.
