Has anyone been compenstated from AoA or other wise for your car payment
while your car is @ the shop for an excessive amount of time. What are the rules (minimum time, how much is compensated, etc) and how do u go about getting the compensation? thanks
btw, mine's been out of service for 4 weeks and @ the shop for 3 with no sign of it being finished soon, I wonder if I qualify for anything...

Lemon laws vary from state to state, and whether the vehicle was purchased new/used.
Typically, there are two categories- number of times returning to the shop for the same issues and total amount of time in service. You may qualify for the second one, but that will again depend on where you live.

Re: if you have a loner I would think that takes Audi off the hook for compensation
I'm not sure about some states but I know that here in NC it doesn't matter if they give you a loner or not it will still fall under the lemon law if your car is in the shop for a specified amount of time. I remember my mothers 01' Explorer Sport was in the shop for ~5mo. IIRC. was a major PITA but Ford eventually by law had to buy the car back, of course they do not take into account anything done to the car and also mileage is discounted from the actual price they buy the car back from you.
