What the hell, my car is brand new and the stereo is messes up. I can't adjust the sound settings. The screen with the line and bar used to come up, but now, that screen just flashes for a sec and goes off. Man, is this the start of bad things. I hope not.

I didn't pay attention to it for a 2 days and it came back. its very strange.

Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 15 seconds

Audi seems to be having software problems with these randomly adjusting settings, and just general weirdness. It's supposedly a software issue.

The bad news is that replacement radios are backordered forever, and they basically do the same thing... :-(

Call your dealer, and perhaps your service mgr. will be nice enough to order you a new one if you just drop by and show him/her the problem rather than make a service appt. for it...
