Seen or felt any difference utilizing the same K04 programming?

Default AvantS4 and RSForm are 2 people that went from K04s to hybrids and noticed power increases.
AvantS4 went with K04/RS6 hybrids and I believe RSForm went with K04/K16 hybrids.

AFAIK, Brian is running the same GIAC K04 stuff and Cable is running the same Revo K04 stuff.

Default Yes, that is my impression as well. To be frank, I don't think there needs to be.
K04s and K16s are very much alike, it's not the same as jumping from a k03 to a k04. K04 software should work perfectly fine with K16 hybrids, needing only the most minor tweaks.

Agreed. I would suggest an MBC to keep boost inline though.

Default Right, worse case is you set MBC in parallel above requested and the MBC never does anything.
You could also F with SEL scaling, but MBCs are more fun ;-)
