Default has anyone removed the amber inserts on their xenons to have clear corners and

how easy is it to do and is it worth it. i was reading the tech article and it seems simple but lots of things seem simple when you reading them. any info would be greatly appreciated.

Default Its very easy, takes about 15 minutes a side and looks much better...

Use a soldering pin to melt the hose in the back of the housing to avoid all the dust of a drill.

Default Its very easy. hardest part is breaking up the lense without scratching the chrome.

my drivers side was my "practice" side. unfortunatly. other side came out perfect.

Just take your time.

Did the drill method and used a rinse agent bath to wash out all the dust and leave no water spots.

soldering iron sounds like a good idea i was a little nervous putting a drill to them

Default You won't like the orange bulb. Painting it w/ a couple coats of high temp silver worked

great for me.

My pic poster has a couple pics to show that it's still pretty bright.
