Default Have been lurking.....

here since July. I bought a silver/silver 2001 with conv, bose and cold weather. My friend has the 2001 TT (too tight) as we call it in May and I became an audi fan so I did some research on the s4. I love the car!!!!I have had only one prob. it was the alignment. It pulled heavily to the right. Took it to the dealer and it took them two times to get it right. So i am happy to get it straightened out.Hope to post some more and I am glad to have this board even if i am a one of the few females. Oh well!!! Just like to have fun.

How many miles were on it? Did you test drive first. Very strange.

Default Very strange? Try very common, many have problems with pulling to right.

Sometimes it is the tires, many times it is the alignment.

When I bought it didn't feel the pull. But at about 700 miles it pulled major to the right. The feeling that kept coming to me is like when you were a kid and you wrecked your bike and the handle bar would go haywire that is how bad it got. I would go down my alley the v-shaped ones it would still go to the right when I let go of the wheel. I talked to my service advisor on the first visit and she said to me well there is no dent in the wheel or scratch so that couldn't of been the reason. Duh!! Well it is doing just fine now and that was all i wanted in the first place. Still happy and i think I have about 2500 miles on it now.

Default Mine w/ 1200 miles just started doing that! What's causing it?

It is beginning to drive me crazy, and seems to be getting worse?

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
David J

Default Congrats, have fun with that silver bullet of yours!

We love our silver S4s, even though we're commonplace!

Default Yeah, A-B insists the allignment is fine on mine. Now I have to go to BStone again

to try to get them to replace the tires. That will be a struggle of course. It's pretty bad that Audi doesn't take care of tire issues but let's the customer fight it out with the manufacturer. As if I have nothing better to do.
