have client in germany that has a A3 and S3 in germany and whats to ship them to Wa. st.

...depending on when you need it...but a container, a boat or a plane might be very helpful...
On a serious note, why import this from Germany, if you can pick a S3 up in Mexico.....seen plenty of those there last week...

he imports Unimogs in from Germany every other month. You could just put your car inside one of his containers; if he has the room.

container arrives in San Diego, customs inspects container; car is offloaded.
THERE is nothing illegal about that.
Now if your talking about EPA regs......Well, NAFTA has blown so many LOOPHOLES into the epa regs, its just plain silly. I can drive 60 mins to the Border, and get an RS4 shipped up from Mexico city in 2 days.
...and drive it right across the border.
