I performed the clear corner mod on my headlights last night and afterwards one headlight didn't light up. I checked the bulb and it's good. So what else could it be? Everything is stock hid. I tapped the ballast gently with a screwdriver and afterwards it made a buzzing noise hen I tried turning it on but then went away. I am real short on change right now because I just bought this car and I've spent quite a bit fixing it up. What are my options?

Also it should be noted that after letting it sit overnight it came back on I used a little rubbing alcohol inside of the housing to clear the debry so I think some of it got somewhere it wasnt supposed to like the ballast and ruined it? I really don't know. The headlight stayed on for about a minute until I went over a bump. So now I am thinking about there being a loose wire somewhere. The brights work fine. What could have gone wrong?
