Heater fan squeek/squeal during left turns...
When I make a left turn I have that awful squeek/squeal from my heater blower. I STFA and found a couple of posts regarding this issue and a lot of people were going to do a write-up. However, that was a year ago, I never found an official write-up and was I was unable to find s4patrick's email. Thus, does anyone know if a tech write-up exists or could point me in the right direction.
Here is a link to the original write-up:

I would really like to fix this issue.
Regards,
Rob

There is no tech article or official write-up that I know. But it's a straightforward DIY.
Not super obvious like an oil change but easy enough once you get your hands on it.
Try searching for key words like:
heater
a/c
blower
fan
squeal
screech
squeaking
bushings
spindle
etc, etc...I'll link my original post thanking people for their previous posts on the matter because there's a bit of discussion there in the replies. But I've also posted since trying to help others with this problem so hopefully if you search you'll find enough info to get the job done.
Once you drop the glovebox out of the way, it's pretty apparent what needs to be done. Pull the screws/bolts and then snake the blower motor out of there. It's a bit frustrating because it's a tight fit, but keep at it and you'll get it. Once you've got it out you just want to put some 3-in-1 oil on the bushings. Now, it's been a long time so I don't remember for sure, but I think one end of the spindle is easy to reach and the other you might have to disassemble just a little bit of the fan assembly to get at it. But like I said, you're better off searching for this info because it's been too long for me to remember.
I fixed mine over a year ago doing it this way and the squeal hasn't come back!
Good luck, and post again if you're having trouble with it, hopefully one of us who has done it before will be on the board at the time.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1817090.phtml</a

Thank you, I appreciate the reply. I will give it a try when things warm up around here.
