Default not unless you have an "Allroad" S4... hehe

maybe he's thinking about the headlight auto levelers. You may have to re-aim your headlights, but they will still work just fine.

Default the only problem you have when adding just springs is...

They beat the hell out of your stock shocks. after about a month, your ride will start to get floaty/bouncy. this is the shocks saying "ok, i'm done. these springs are too damn rough for me!!" you would be better off doing springs and shocks at once or coilovers. since you already have your springs, i would recommend bilstien shocks for your h&r's. i think that is what the consensus would be...

i have just eibach springs on my car and this has happened to me. the h&r's are even lower than the eibachs so the problem might be even worse. when you put lower springs on the stock shocks, the shocks aren't able to travel as far to absorb the energy that comes from the more powerful, shorter springs and the shocks wear out.

Default 3 of my 4 Audi's have H&R Sport springs w/ stock shocks. The red one has 65k and now needs shocks.

Default I have them on mine.......I don't have any problems. Aftermarket shocks

would make the handling perfect, but it still handles and drives well.
