Default Yeah, pretty sure!

Don't get me wrong, I like the Silver, I just couldn't own one. A silver car, with silver wheels, with silver trim, with silver roof railings ( which the S4 Avant will have, like the 2.8 Avant ) adds up to too much silver.

Sorry,
Rick

Default Silver sedan = sleeper

Personally, I don't want extra attention from police, etc. Part of the attraction to me for the S4 is its low profile. Silver adds to that. Also, the car looks like it was carved from a solid piece of metal. Nice!

Default Gotta get more tickets--the color screams "serious car"...(more)

I agree, I don't think most cops'll be more likely to ticket you based on color, but the fact that you're more noticable has *got* to have an effect. It's not just that the color stands out, it stands out and says, "fast car!".

All I know is that if a car with a yellow like that appears in my rear-view mirror, even a dozen cars back on the crowded DC beltway, I track it 'til it passes me (if it does) just to see if it's anything interesting. Most other colors (even bright red) I won't particularly notice 'til they're in my immediate vicinity.<p>Dan Calle
