Default Help: Removing door trim panel

How do you remove the rear door trim panel on an Avant? Need to remove a coin my child dropped in through the window slot.

Default Avant should be simliar to the sedan...

There are two screws at the edge of the door frame. Near the base of the window. Remove these two screws and the entire door panel can be lifted up and out.

Default No. They are the same, but you've missed a step....

One additional screw in grabhandle, remove grabhandle sleeve. Then, two screws (brass-headed) screwed into the door panel at 90 degrees, under grabhandle sleeve, anchor the grabhandle/trim panel to the door. Remove them, then:

Lift up/out.

Both the sedan and avant are like this.
