The pics don't really show the extent of the damage that occured @ the dealer, but you get the idea. Hopefully I'll get in contact with them today and get an update on what Carlsen Audi plans to do to remedy the situation. They have YET to contact me without me calling them 1st. I can feel my fuse begining to get shorter...

You would think it would be the FIRST thing the owner mentions to whoever is moving/driving cars...

I had my car at the dealer today and was worried about scrapes but seems it came out fine and they did a good job. Will post more ont hat later/tomorrow.
