Hey Taner! I was following you this morning on 280 S @ 7:45- 8:00 ish.
I was in the grey Passat 4Motion wagon w/18" Radons. (Wife's car) Dropped it off at California Tinting and polish to have the windows tinted.
Your exhaust looks like it's hanging or sagging in the center tunnel right before the bend at the rear diff. I could see it from pretty far back ( cause I couldn't keep up w/ you)

Yeah, the exhaust has to cross over in teh middle, so there is a little sag...
but I really need to get the car on a lift and rearrange the exhaust (damn VM2)...
I was dropping off my car at Anderson-Behel so they can fix my friggin <a href="http://www.taner.net/pics/s4/coolant/">coolant leak</a> :-(
