Is that the only way to get it, other than buying outrageously priced dp's, etc?

Default I've heard the MTM Stage 3 setup feels exactly like running a stage 2+ setup with MTM stage 1 chip.
Probably not worth upgrading to the stage 3 chip and 5 bar regulator. If you're looking for some sugar and spice-go with the ABT or X !
