Default Hot Import Nights @ San Mateo

Highlight of this modshow was an unmodded Skyline GTR:

worst, poser RS4:

<img src="http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1424917&a=12749009&p=47450235">

Guess I just don't understand the need to masquerade behind the badge of a *faster* car...

enjoy,

Default Was that RS4 an A4 w RS4 body kit? Black rails?

I guess after some point the car can be modded so much that it doesn't belong to any badge. So whatever they want to do is fine with me. Personally I would rather debadge, but that's just me.

For ex, APR Stage III+ A4 is 310HP in a light A4 body. Should they keep the A4 150 HP badge? Same with APR's upcoming 400+ HP S4 kit.

Default I'm not sure...

Not a big enough of an Audi fan to know the minute differences... I don't mind A4's at all but sticking a badge of a completely different make I just don't understand. Even worst I heard of a S4 sedan in the Bay Area with a license plate that says "AudiRS4", HELLO!?!

If I had 310hp in a A4body I would most certainly keep that A4 150hp badge on it... I love sleeper cars. Heck, if I had a 400hp S4 car, I'd debadge it and put a 1.8t A4 badge on it.

Default That is a local A4.. From the other audi club.. UMMM that car is on the homepage of their site..

They put together the last dynospot get together.. Nice people, nice car, it's just a badge. AT least it's an audi badge and not a vtec badge on an audi.

Take it easy folks!

Default It had a FMIC...

So I'd guess it was an A4... then again, Prophet_S4 did the FMIC conversion. I just don't know of any kits aside from his that are available. FMIC conversions on A4s are popular.

Default Looks like an A4...

No side flares around the wheel wells. Black roof rails = A4. Aluminum - S4 and RS4

Me thinks A4 with RS4 front bumper kit and exhaust.
