has anyone changed their S4 timing belt DIY.
how hard is this feat?

It's possible, though lots of details to handle.

like removing/extending the front of the car.

It changes just like the....

..A6 2.8 procedure in the tech write-ups....with a few small differences. Overall it's pretty easy.

A good time to do the bi-pipe too.
