I'm too young for the mullet, but I think I'd look good with one

Default you're arguing that the asain elite cars are well engineered..

because you couldn't possibly believe that an integra type R is an engineering marvel. Front wheel drive as a performance platform is nothing but laughable.

On a personal note, I definitely understand why you think that the asian automobile is the very definition of perfection and I recognize that the VR4 is a great car (in my opinion the best of the ricer elite)... much better than the supra

Just because someone sells them as a kit doesn't mean they work properly on an Audi.

Yeah, I know. I'm not actually a big fan of BOV's on Audi/VW, but the kit is nice and works well..

Default Yep, that's what I tought, keep 'most' of the air and release some to make 'noise' :)

I just don't see the need to change valves, but guess some people really like the psshhhh sounds.

Default You know...

Even being "cheap, poorly engineered rice rockets", I would guess they visit the dealer less often and when they do need the shop I can bet they really know what they are doing (unlike some dealers/techs) .

Regardless, I would really welcome Audi using those "POS" aftermarket stuff instead of their even 'cheaper' rubbers and BPVs that are good for 2 things .
People that build those cars won't put up with bad quality like us owners of the 'refined' sedan that are stuck with failing BPVs/TBBs and watch it if you want to put something better: Warranty gone! you loose!
