How do I remove the windshield wiper arms? (Need help ASAP)

I'm installing the Euro Aero Wipers I ordered from VAGParts.com, but I'm having some trouble removing the OEM Wiper Arms. I've removed the black, plastic caps and the 13mm bolts underneath, but the wiper arms just won't budge. Is there something I'm missing, or am I just not pulling hard enough? TIA.

Push down on the "elbow" of the wiper and pry the joint off the thread.

I'm interested in Aero wipers, which kit did you ordered?

I see their prices are in GBP and USD
did you have to pay VAT?
How much was shipping?
How long was shipping ?

If you have the wiper in the down position it will bind- - ->

Raise the wiper to the up (changing blade) position and wiggle it back and forth...it will come off...

If it is down, the spring will torque against the bolt that hold the arm on and you'll be fubar...
