how do I run the boost guage hoses from the center vent to under the hood?

how do I run the boost guage hoses from the center vent to under the hood?
also how do I wire it up so iut lights up. The directions I have are not very helpful. Plus they are for an A-pillar pod so it doesn't say how to run it from the center vent.
