How do you initiate the multi-step "ECU readiness procedure" with a vag-com?

I was told the instructions are in the Bentley Manual. TIA.

clear the dtcs. The car then does it on its own as you drive around.

nothing comes up with those terms in a search in bentley - what are you trying to do

I found it - there are 14 steps and probably about 15 pages of info. It would take longer to post

it than it would to drive around and reset the values.
