Default How easy is it to adjust/tighten a "saggy" door?

Seems as if over the years my drivers side door has become ajar slightly, and does not always close on the first attempt. There also seems to be a slight ammount of play (up and down) with the door.

How can this be corrected?

Default hmm interesting, the door hinge itself (where the door attaches to the car) couldve become crooked?

thats unfortunately what happened to mine and i had to precisely give a lot of force (oxy moron) to make the door line up again.

if youre lucky it isnt these hinges and its just an adjustment

Default STFA, I think someone (I want to say Nick Gustas?) posted the ETKA picture

with the bolts you needed to loosen to adjust the door.

If your actual hinges are loose, that's bad, because IIRC those are not adjustable (nor meant to move).

Could just be that the strike plate loosened itself...

Default

Is it a DIY job or should I let a shop tackle it?
