How much does a factory oem B5 S4 wheel weigh, wheel only no tire?

Looking to get a new set of wheels but want to be the same weight of stock or less so I don't lose any acceleration and braking from current setup.

Just don't move to larger diameter wheels

As rotational inertia (the tendency to resist changes in rotational acceleration) increases to the 4th order as a function of Radius (R^4), meaning it grows reallly fast.

About 28 # iirc . Theres a wheel size/brand/ weight table somewhere. Do a search.

10-12lb lighter 18s are still going to give you gains though.
