Default How strong is the S4 transmission / drive shafts ??

I was just wondering how well the stock transmission and drive shafts (if that's what you call it for quattro) are going to handle all the additional HP & Torque from the various chips available. Some of the stage I/II chips offer 300+ hp & 350+lbs torque. This seems like a HUGE increase to me.

I'm sure the stock parts are built to a certain tolerance, but is this even an issue ?

Default Not an issue for this modest power increase......

Remember, these cars are detuned for the US because of our poor gas. They're 265 hp/295 lbft in Germany. Thus, a 300 hp/350 lbft increase is only an increase of about 13% increase in hp and a 18-19% increase in torque. I'm sure this is *well* within safety margins!
