How they love our cars..... makes you feel all sick inside knowing they are waiting to take yours
This is how they take em round here in NJ... and shut up with the delete delete delete crap... I'm sick of you people and that crap already.
Both of these cars were in NY/NJ and were stolen the same way. My previous post details how to prevent this from happening (toyguy doesnt think so, but I think he hates me anyways so I dont care... something to do with my short shifter DIY oops)
Two recent examples (they are two different cars both lake silver)
This Was an S4

Isnt it fascinating how they stole both cars the exact same way? So how many other cars have they tried like this.... lets see.... blake30v's car, my fathers, mine twice, my friends joe& jon's... one of my friend's father's S4... hmmm thinking thinking... cant remember any others, but I'd say thats enough to establish that there must be something inside that panel right there, that you can get at with a screwdriver... YA THINK? How about the arm that manually connects the lock cylinder to the lock mechanism which is lower in the door... yeah, yeah that could be it... since that allows you to physically unlock the door the way they've been doing it. Just gotta get at that little metal arm.

Wow - interesting concept. You mean the NY/NJ thieves are punching holes in the doors for a reason?
This entire time, I thought that it was some sort of gang sign that indicated what set the thieves were from. What a novel concept.
If you didn't have such a bad attitude towards the boardmembers who are trying to keep security mods out of the hands of the theives, then maybe I'd be a little more receptive to your post. But, because the info that you posted doesn't do jack squat to help or hinder the thieves, I don't care if it stays up here. When you learn how the thefts are really occurring, then I'll be worried about whether you post the info. Until then, direct your hostility elsewhere, spanky.

What you mean is, "If they want your car, they will take your car, no matter what you do."
People want these cars, nothing you can feasably do can prevent it, if they want them badly enough.
