how true is the trip computer for mpg? I get avg 15 City/19 Hwy. apr 93. Should i be concerned?

Depends on what value your computer has stored in it. Did anyone else fiddle with it?...
If not, then you are getting some crappy gas mileage! Do a calculation by hand for the next tank (miles driven/gallons consumed).
Watching your gas mileage is very important, IMHO. It's an easy (and early) indicator of car peformance. I watch mine like a hawk. A month ago I noticed that my mpg dropped by about 2mpg on average. I VAGed and found an O2 sensor code. Replaced the O2s and now it's back to normal. If I hadn't noticed the decrease in mpg I probably would have driven a lot longer before noticing since no CEL came on and I don't routinely check for codes.
