how would a stage 3 do against a stock C6 (Z06)?

my friend and I have modded his vette a lot C6 (NOT Z06), dark blue, we race after every mod
All testing done on the frw from 2nd gear roll to end of 4th (40-120mph)
me vs him stock i would pull by 1/2 a car. me on 100 him stock i would pull 2 cars.
me vs him with just intake was about the same outcome.
me vs him with longtube headers/intake/corsa exhaust and chip on 91 he would get me by 4 cars
on 100 i would be about even with him, him pulling a bit 1/2-3/4 of a car. after 4th gear he would KILL me absolutely KILL me he was walking till about 110mph then he would all of a sudden just start running from me.
He is running the beta chip for the C6. It seems to make the car run a little better because when he took it out we did another run and he didnt get me as bad when we hit 110-150...but still starts running away over 120-140
sounds badass... absolutely
im going to make a vid of these so we can watch them too. well i cant go back in time, but i will make new vids of all his mods vs me when i get my car stable (ics/intakemani/hitachi maf) After a while i think he might juice it (150) shot, should be easily into the mid 11s most likely lower on drag radials

oh and weird thing is, no matter what i always jump on him from a roll? turbos spool up quick? weird
i would think he would always get the jump, but the car doenst jump as well as i thought it would from a roll being that its a huge na motor and light. i guess we were just expecting more.
