HUGE kudos to Anderson-Behel (Steven's Creek) Audi!!!
Wow, these guys impressed me again...
Car was in for its 48k service, and I mentioned I had some type of leak in the engine bay again, and my speakers were rattling, and they said no problem...
So I call them around 1:30pm because I TOTALLY spaced and forgot to bring in my own oil (Mobil 1) and was going to be sad, but I was greeted by an answer of "If you want synthetic, we can put in Mobil 1 5w-30 or regular oil... your choice".. It took me about 45s to reply because I was speechless ;-)
Well I'll be dammed.
Anyway, picked up the car at 4:30ish, speakers replaced - no more rattle! Car all nice and clean... they replaced the coolant tank cap since it was apprently leaking a little... so..
I am totally happy with this dealer
