Default I need a break for jetlag. I have no idea what time my internal clock is set at.
one minute we have daylight savings time then the next thing I know I am 3 hours back, then I take a ride to the Hoover dam and I gain an hour, from there we ride back to Vegas and I am an hour back, finally I get back to Philly and I lost 3 hours uggg!

Default hahaha...yeah, that sucks...3 hours is a lot to make up...
when in doubt....force yourself to stay up til your normal bedtime and then out of exhaustion you will sleep well....but be tired when you wake up the next day. the following day, just do the same thing until it ends up feeling normal!

Default It is not a matter of staying awake but forcing myself to sleep then wake up early
Which is were I am at right now. Oh well the Sopranos was good lastnight.

Default me too, I went to one my best friend's wedding in korea.
trying to make up the 14 hrs of time difference was just insane.
