Default I am sooo sad!
My poor baby is badly damaged. My lawyer thinks it will be a 50/50 fault situation unless the witness' account hsows the other driver was driving fast or reckless.

If there is any consolation to the story...I returned from Vegas on Sunday up a bit. the money was going to go for an exhaust but now it looks like it is going towards my deductible : (

My Avant! is in the Body Shop right now with a smashed passneger side rear door!
It will supposedly be done THIS friday, so maybe I can goto the Irvine meet on Sat! (I hope!)
