It sure seemed like they were blowing me off when I called yesterday and I still haven't heard anything.
Damn, it's been so long since I dealt with a tuner. I forgot how much they suck.

Alright, just asking because one friend says the only way to get a response is to hound them.
I have never really dealt with this particular tuner before and I haven't heard many good things regarding their customer service. Oh well, guess I'll wait.

I'm not looking for a product. I'm looking to get technical support for a product I bought.
The way I see it, they already got my money so they don't really care. At least, that is the feeling I got yesterday when I talked to someone.
